The lady in the tan hat in the middle left of the picture is selling "Chicha" out of a big bucket. Chicha is a homebrewed corn beer, with alcohol content so low you'd have to drink your own body weight before you'd get a buzz. Still, it's popular because it's so cheap and ubiquitous.
