Laura would be returning to Canada after this night, so we all went out on the town to a fancy restaurant owned by Jose's friend. It was good go to a nice restaurant for a change. Normally we patronized hole-in-the-wall touristy places, which were all starting to look the same.

Standing in the back in the white tank top is Jose's wife with her son. She was actually a tourist from New York city who met Jose when he was guiding her group. And then I guess romance blossomed, and they got married soon thereafter.
